Haiyin Ma, Chief Technology Officer of the PoD&IoD Research Office of the Shenzhen Institute of Computing Sciences. Previously, he had 22 years of continuous R&D experience, holding the roles of chief architect and technical lead in the fields of big data, cloud services, and Internet of Things platforms. He has won the second prize of the National Science and Technology Progress Award twice and the China Patent Gold Award, and named the Shenzhen Municipal Government's Special Allowance Expert.
